If you're a pressure washing contractor looking to generate real leads without breaking the bank, Facebook Ads can be your secret weapon—if you know how to use them right.
In this blog post, we’re going to break down a simple $30/day Facebook Ads strategy for pressure washing businesses that delivers results. This strategy is straight from our YouTube video—watch it here for the full walkthrough:
👉 Facebook Ads for Pressure Washing Businesses | $30/Day Strategy That Gets Leads
Let’s start with the basics: Facebook is one of the best platforms for local service businesses like pressure washing. With smart targeting, high-quality visuals, and the right offer, you can get your business in front of thousands of local homeowners for just a few dollars a day.
And yes—you can actually get leads with just $30/day.
Here's the framework we use and recommend for our pressure washing clients at Code Chasers:
Your ad is only as good as your offer. A great starting point is a limited-time discount, free estimate, or a “$99 driveway clean”—something that gets attention and gives people a reason to click.
Set your Facebook ad to target people within a 10–15 mile radius of your service area. Choose homeowners aged 30+ (they’re more likely to pay for exterior cleaning), and if possible, exclude renters.
We recommend a short video (15–30 seconds) or an image carousel of before-and-after shots. These work best to show transformation—and transformation sells.
If you’re not using video, use high-quality images of:
Driveway cleanings
House washes
Roof treatments
And pair them with a clear headline, like:
“Tired of looking at that dirty driveway? We’ll clean it up—fast, safe, and affordable.”
There are two routes you can go:
Facebook Lead Forms – Keep users on Facebook and capture their info fast.
Landing Pages – Direct traffic to a branded page that includes testimonials, services, and a clear call to action.
Either way, make sure your page/form is:
Mobile-friendly
Fast-loading
Includes social proof (photos or Google reviews)
Set up retargeting ads to follow people who clicked your first ad but didn’t become a lead. These can be even more affordable and often convert at a higher rate.
Use emojis in your copy to draw attention 👀
Test different images/offers weekly
Keep your ad spend consistent (don’t pause ads unless necessary)
Monitor your cost-per-lead and adjust targeting or creatives accordingly
If your ad is dialed in, most pressure washing contractors see:
$5–$15 per lead
1–3 leads/day on a $30 budget
Booked jobs that easily ROI the ad spend
